Unless you had a written contract, you’re out of luck. You should have only given them some form of protected, “watermarked” goods until they gave you a final payment, then you would turn over the materials to them. Unfortunately, Florida law favors scams and fly-by-night companies, which is why so many disreputable companies and corporations make their home there.
