well you have to sell your product to the customers and show them why its better than the others . price is important as well
1. At the front of your store place a fish bowl and a stack of forms for people to sign up to receive your email. Offer a weekly drawing. Give an incentive to your staff to be sure everyone who enters signs up.
Send out broadcast emails every two weeks giving tips on how to have a party, what to do to prepare for it, etc.
2. Find the local chapter of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Attend a meeting or two. There are associations of people who need to rent your stuff on a routine basis. Find that association and join it. Get active in it. Get on the membership committee or something. Get the membership list and send them postcards or emails inviting them to come to your web site and sign up to receive your broadcast emails.
I have a whole laundry list of things you can do but not enough space to list them all. Contact me and I’ll be happy to help. You won’t have to pay for anything unless you buy my program.
