if you want to promote it for free you need to set up blogs, a squidoo page, hub pages, write articles and put them on your blogs, send them to ezine (difficult) goarticles, article alley, ideamarketers.com and others.
If you want to pay you could try adwords but you have to be careful or you could spend loads of money.
