What advertising site is best for freebie sites?

theres this site where i can get free computers ”its called desktops4free.com” and i need referrals.. so i know advertising will get me enough referrals to get my prize but what site should i use?

    Pay for hosting and run your own site to advertise the scam (and it is a scam – you’ll never get the computer).
