Most “All-Purpose” malware apps such as AVG, Norton, Spybot etc unfortunately can not remove this vile pest called Smitfraud.

Use pop up-blocker which is available through window – live toolbar or yahoo toolbar, try installing McAfee SiteAdvisor which will determined if the website contains spams, a firewall installed to your computer will also help, ZoneAlarm is a good choice, you can download it from http://www.download.com, which is a free edition.
You have adware on your PC. Use these scans to remove it.
