    its not very easy to answer this but let me try my best.

    Place – Dell computers are available only through internet. Unlike most other manufacturers its products are not available in regular stores, hence removing middlemen and keeping costs under control. Its kind of direct selling.

    Product – Dell offers the flexibility of choosing your own configuration for the computer and hence almost each and every computer it sells is customised. While other manufacturers have a predefined configuration. So its like buying an assembled branded computer. This gives a lot of product choice to the customer.

    Pricing – Its one of Dell’s strongest points. It maintains very competitive price by cutting costs on various fronts, direct selling through internet so no distribution channel, very tight inventory management system keeping inventory costs lower.

    Promotion – Dell uses various media to promote its product, it mostly uses print and internet to advertise its products. It also offers discounts in the form of product packages or product upgrades.
