How do you explain the relationship between relationship marketing and the brand?
Relationship marketing : It is a philosophy of doing business, a strategic orientation, that focuses on keeping and improving relationships with current customers rather than on acquiring new customers. It is the use of the wide range of marketing, sales, communication, and customer care techniques and processes to identify your named individual customers, create a relationship between your company and these customers.
Brand : It is the rational , functional & emotional attributes of a particular product.
Their is a strong relation in brand & relationship marketing. Relationship marketing is derivative of brand or in simpler terms relationship marketing is approached through brand. brands is fuel which triggers relationship marketing. Without existance of brand marketing / relationship marketing cannot exists.
