    Price: make sure the price is suitable for your customers! try to make special offers, captive products, in connection with Ink cartridges and other equipment. reduce price if possible for a very short period of time to increase current sales and create awareness if the product is new.

    People: all your selling teams at stand by targeted to your customer segments with profiles in hands, make it easy for anyone to call your customer service and ask for in formations, and to be answered with the answers you need them to know.

    Place: make sure POP are available to your target customers and if possible start some virtual shop on the net for people to visit and get the right information, specially individual customers.

    Promotion: if the product is new, try to find ways, creative ways, to connect with your customers and tell them about the product, and even making them feel they need it, starting from flayers in all Pops to brochures for institutions or business customers, to billboards, to business magazines. There are just a lot of ways, it all depends on your promotional budget.
